NURTURE FOR MOTHER AND BABY THROUGH ACKNOWLEDGEMENT AND CONNECTION
Pregnancy and Childbirth are pivotal and transformative experiences in a person's life. It is a time to re-examine the rigidity of one’s thoughts and attitudes and make space in the body and mind for the human being growing inside the belly. It is a time of opportunity: to re-connect and to feel rooted within oneself, feeling empowered by the energy of creation growing within.
GROUNDING AND CENTERING THROUGH THE BODY AND BREATH
A regular, nourishing Yoga practice for mother and baby is an ideal way to soothe the body and mind amidst the rapid changes that pregnancy brings. The techniques for strengthening and stabilizing, for relaxation and bonding with baby provide continued support through the pregnancy, childbirth and in the postpartum period.
COMMUNITY OF SUPPORT
My yoga classes provide a platform for exchange which is extremely important during the transition to parenthood. Belonging to a community of people who share the same experiences is a valuable resource and boosts mental and emotional health.
PREPARATION AND ENCOURAGEMENT FOR CHILDBIRTH
The transition of childbirth requires an absolute and complete opening in order to welcome new life. The support of a Doula in this transition is invaluable for the birthing parent, their partner and the support team. By normalizing the birthing process, encouraging your efforts and amplifying your voice, a Doula will help you feel heard and respected no matter how childbirth unfolds.

As a Perinatal Yoga Teacher, I teach fluid, accessible adaptations of yoga poses and techniques that serve to maximize your comfort, to promote ease and organic movement, as well as a natural, deep flow of breath. Tank up on nourishment for you and your baby in my Prenatal and Postnatal classes!
I teach hybrid (in-person and Online Live) classes in Prenatal and Postnatal yoga at Pilates Zürich. Come join our sacred circle of movement and build community in this unique time of life!
